My roots began in Canton, Ohio, where I grew up and took interest in real estate at a young age working alongside my grandfather doing construction, landscaping, and property maintenance for his rental properties. Fast forward, I’ve been blessed with the opportunity of living and working on the West Coast where I’ve built an expansive portfolio mentoring alongside some of the most successful and well-known real estate entrepreneurs in the world. I’ve worked in real estate brokerage management, social media marketing, homebuilding and development, investments and asset management, and growing my own businesses. Founded and headquartered in Eugene, Oregon, The Operative Group's operations department is led by Edward Zulyevic, a real estate broker, investor, and operations strategist, with 25 years of experience and has helped build Oregon’s #6 large real estate team. With over two decades of experience in real estate investing, from house flipping and creative finance to mobile home parks and self-storage, Ed brings more than just leadership. He brings execution. He’s trained as an engineer, taught at the college level, and built a five-million-dollar rental portfolio from the ground up. His deep understanding of systems, coaching, and deal flow allows him to help agents generate consistent income, attract investor clients, and build long-term wealth, all while delivering exceptional results to buyers and sellers alike.
